Facial Injury Compensation Claims

If you have been injured in the last three years, and it wasn’t your fault, you may be able to claim compensation. The amount you are able to claim depends on the type and severity of your injury. Accident Claims Leeds can help you get the compensation you are entitled to. Our compensation guide outlines the levels of compensation for some of the most common types of injury.

Injuries to the Face — Compensation and Legal Guidance

Facial injuries may not be debilitating in the same way some other injuries can, but few other injuries are likely to cause such damage to one’s self-esteem.

Awarding compensation for facial injuries is a complex task. The injury itself has to be taken into account, as well as the cosmetic damage. The impact on the life of the sufferer also has to be taken into account. In general, women are awarded higher levels of compensation than men.

Burns injuries are also dealt with in this category. Serious burns injuries will almost always be at, or over, the top of the bracket.
